Return Policy

You have 7 days after receiving your kitchenware item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:

Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that returns must be sent to the specified address provided during the return process.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Certain items, such as perishable goods and hazardous materials, are non-returnable.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return the original item as outlined above and place a new order.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us via Email.
